Show Up in Pink Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

These Official Rules govern the Show Up in Pink Giveaway organized by REG Group. By entering, each participant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Organizer, subject to applicable law.

Effective date: October 13, 2026

1. Organizer

The Show Up in Pink experience includes a giveaway (the ‘Giveaway’), organized by REG Group.

References to “Sponsor” in these Official Rules mean REG Group.

2. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on October 13, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. and ends on October 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m., Mountain Time as observed in El Paso, Texas (“Giveaway Period”).

Entries received before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible. The Sponsor’s system will serve as the official timekeeping method for the Giveaway.

3. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of El Paso County, Texas, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Individuals directly involved in organizing, planning, administering or conducting the Giveaway, and members of their immediate family or household, are not eligible to enter or win. Immediate family includes a spouse, parents, children, and siblings, including step-relations, regardless of where they reside.

The Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

4. How to Enter

During the Giveaway Period, visit callmereg.com/pink, complete the required giveaway entry information and submit the official entry form.

A valid entry requires the participant’s first name, last name, valid email address, valid phone number, acknowledgment of these Official Rules, and acknowledgment that following @social_reg on Instagram is required.

The participant must follow @social_reg on Instagram and remain a follower through winner verification. If selected as a potential winner, the participant may be asked to provide their Instagram username or other reasonable proof so the Sponsor can manually verify the follow requirement.

Earn an extra giveaway entry by introducing us to a friend or family member. Submit their details with your entry. They don’t need to enter themselves.

The optional “A Reason to Bloom” response is separate from the Giveaway entry. Participating in that section does not provide an additional entry or affect eligibility or the odds of winning.

5. Entry Limit and Duplicate Entries

Limit one standard entry and up to one referral bonus entry per person during the Giveaway Period. Limit one prize per person. Submitting the form more than once, repeating the same referral details, or retrying delivery does not provide additional entries. The Sponsor may use submitted contact information, including phone numbers, to identify and consolidate duplicate submissions. Automated, fraudulent, incomplete, or otherwise ineligible entries may be disqualified.

6. Prizes

Three different winners will each receive one of the following prize packages.

Shark Prize Package

• Pink Shark cordless vacuum
• REG Lifestyle Pink Gift Set containing a shirt, bag, tumbler, and stickers
• REG Lifestyle Pink Gift Set estimated value: $250

Frigidaire Prize Package

• Pink Frigidaire 12-can/9L cooler
• REG Lifestyle Pink Gift Set containing a shirt, bag, tumbler, and stickers
• REG Lifestyle Pink Gift Set estimated value: $250

Stanley Prize Package

• Pink Stanley 40 oz Quencher
• REG Lifestyle Pink Gift Set containing a shirt, bag, tumbler, and stickers
• REG Lifestyle Pink Gift Set estimated value: $250

The three main gifts have a combined estimated value of $750. The three REG Lifestyle Pink Gift Sets have a combined estimated value of $750 ($250 each). Estimated total value of all prizes: $1,500.

Limit one prize per person. Prizes are not transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. If an advertised prize becomes unavailable, the Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

Winners are responsible for applicable taxes and expenses not specifically included in the prize description.

7. Winner Selection and Odds

Three potential winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The drawing will be conducted by REG Group on November 2, 2026 at 12:00 p.m., Mountain Time as observed in El Paso, Texas.

Potential winners will be notified by email.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. Winner Notification

Potential winners will first be contacted using the email address submitted with their entry.

A potential winner may also be contacted by text message only if the participant separately authorized entry-related text messages.

Each potential winner must respond within 72 hours after the first notification. The Sponsor may require verification of age, residency, identity, Instagram follow status, and compliance with these Official Rules.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 72 hours, is ineligible, cannot verify the required Instagram follow, or does not complete the requested verification, the Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner through another random drawing.

A participant is not a confirmed winner until the Sponsor completes verification.

Confirmed winners must arrange local prize pickup at a date, time, and location in El Paso County provided by the Sponsor. Prizes will not be shipped unless the Sponsor agrees otherwise in writing.

9. Communications and Privacy

Information submitted through the entry form may be used to administer the Giveaway, confirm and validate entries, identify duplicate submissions, contact potential winners, verify eligibility, coordinate prize pickup, and maintain Giveaway records.

Entry-related text messages, REG marketing emails and REG Rewards emails are separate and optional communication choices. A participant may enter with all three choices left unchecked.

Entry-related text permission, when selected, is limited to submission confirmation, winner notices, and prize-pickup coordination. Providing a phone number by itself does not authorize text messages or marketing communications.

Providing a referred person’s details does not authorize REG Group to send marketing communications to that person or grant publication permission on their behalf. The entrant’s optional communication choices apply only to the entrant.

Personal information will be handled according to the REG Privacy Policy.

10. Images, Stories and Publicity

Entrants must accept the winner-announcement authorization through the required Official Rules checkbox before submitting their entry. If selected as a winner, a participant authorizes REG Group to publish only their first name, city and prize on callmereg.com and the organic @social_reg Instagram account for winner announcements and recaps for 12 months after the drawing.

REG Group may publish only the details covered by that authorization, for its stated purposes, channels and duration. Photographs, video, voice, personal stories, testimonials, paid advertising, general marketing and other uses require separate explicit permission. No entrant can give publication permission on behalf of another person.

11. General Conditions

The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify entries that are fraudulent, manipulated, automated, incomplete, or submitted in violation of these Official Rules.

If fraud, technical failures, security problems, unauthorized intervention, or circumstances outside the Organizer’s reasonable control affect the fair operation of the Giveaway, the Organizer may suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway as permitted by law.

The Organizer’s decisions concerning eligibility, entry validation, winner selection, and Giveaway administration are final, subject to applicable law.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Official Rules and the Giveaway will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

13. Social Platform Disclaimer

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or Meta. Participants provide their information to the Sponsor, not to Instagram, Facebook, or Meta. By entering, participants acknowledge that Instagram, Facebook, and Meta are not responsible for administering the Giveaway or awarding its prizes.
