Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of services provided by REG Group, operating under the brand CALL ME REG YOUR REAL ESTATE GUY, including the REG Management Dashboard, websites, online forms, SMS communication programs, and related services. By accessing or using these services, or by creating an account and checking the signup agreement, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Use of Services
REG provides websites, forms, communication tools, and business software used to manage customer relationships, real estate transactions, team operations, scheduling, inventory, and related services. You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
2. Accounts
Account holders are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activity that occurs under their account. You are responsible for ensuring that information provided through your account is accurate and up to date. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or use of your account.
3. Information You Provide
You may provide personal information through our services, including names, phone numbers, email addresses, property interests, scheduling information, and other details related to real estate inquiries or business operations. You represent that any information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to submit it.
4. Communications & Consent
REG offers SMS communication programs for individuals who voluntarily provide their phone number and, where required, provide consent through our website forms or other approved opt-in methods. Depending on the consent provided, messages may include:

- Property updates
- Appointment reminders
- Customer support communications
- Promotional offers
Communications may occur through phone calls, text messages (SMS), email, or other reasonable methods. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with our services. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. 7. Roles & Permissions
Access to features and information may be restricted based on assigned permissions or account roles. You agree not to attempt to access information, systems, or functionality beyond the permissions granted to you.
8. Acceptable Use
You may not use the services to transmit unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, misleading, abusive, or unauthorized content. You may not interfere with the security, integrity, or availability of the services or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, or data.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any service or account at our discretion if we believe these Terms have been violated, if misuse is detected, or if necessary to protect the security, integrity, or operation of our systems.
10. Disclaimer
The services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or the accuracy of information supplied by third parties.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, REG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of the services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
12. Eligibility
By using our services, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and that any information you provide is truthful and accurate. You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services, including any SMS communication programs offered by REG.
13. Privacy
Your use of the services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, protect, and disclose information. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of the services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
16. Dispute Resolution, Arbitration & Class-Action Waiver
Before beginning a formal proceeding, you and REG Group agree to provide written notice of the dispute and attempt in good faith to resolve it for at least 30 days. Notices to REG Group may be sent to ebarrio@callmereg.com.
Except for an eligible individual claim in small-claims court or a right that legally cannot be waived, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of REG services will be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis under the Federal Arbitration Act and the applicable Consumer Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration may be conducted remotely or in El Paso County, Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
You and REG Group waive the right to a jury trial and agree not to bring or participate in a class, collective, consolidated, or representative action or arbitration. This section does not prevent either party from seeking temporary relief for unauthorized access, security, confidentiality, or intellectual-property misuse, and it does not restrict the right to report concerns to a government agency or exercise rights that applicable law does not permit the parties to waive. If any portion of this section is unenforceable, it will be severed only to the minimum extent necessary.
